Banana Rum Coconut and Chocolate Pudding

 

Banana Rum Coconut and Chocolate Pudding

The Ingredients

12 eggs

4 cups heavy cream

4 cups regular milk

3 cups white sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla

85g dark rum

 

Body

1 half loaf of white bread diced

3 large bananas blended to a paste

1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

1 cup chocolate chips

 

  1. Whisk the custard ingredients together very well.
  2. Mix the body ingredients separately.
  3. Add to the body and stir until custard is fully incorporated
  4. Bake in a deep greased dish at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until the center of the pudding is firm

 

Makes one extra-large pudding.
